新生代农民工人力资本投资对其城市定居意愿影响研究

摘　　要：文章从人力资本投资理论出发,运用Logistic模型和安徽省微观调查数据研究新生代农民工人力资本投资与其城市定居意愿的关系。研究发现:性别对新生代农民工城市定居意愿没有显著影响,拥有初中文凭新生代农民工对其城市定居意愿有显著影响;新生代农民工有着较强职业培训意愿,职业培训对其城市定居意愿有显著提高;新生代农民工工作强度和工作压力对其城市定居意愿影响不显著;新生代农民工群体合理流动对其城市定居意愿有显著影响,不流动或过度流动不利于其城市定居意愿。The article embarks from the human capital investment theory, using Logistic Model and microscopic investigation data to research new generation peasant workers＇human capital investment in Anhui province with the will of settling down in city. The study found that gender does not significantly affect the new generation of the peasant workerg intention of settling down in cities. Secondary school diploma will have a significant impact; New generation migrant workers with stronger professional training have stronger will of settlement. New generation peasant workers＇working intensity and working pressure on the urban settlement do not influence much. The rational flow of new generation migrant workers has a significant impact.
