摘　　要：浙西词派是清代前期的一个重要词派,此派对后来词之创作影响非常巨大。浙西词派众多词人中,除朱彝尊外,均鲜为人所了解。沈皞日是"浙西六家"之一,他的词学观及创作有一个转变的过程,其观点并不是一直与朱彝尊倡导的词学观一致。了解沈皞日的词学观及词作,可更好窥探浙西词派之异彩纷呈。The Zhexi school was an important Ci school of the early stage of Qing Dynasty. It has a great effect on the later creation of Ci. There were too many writers of Zhexi school, but except Zhu Yizun, most were rarely known. Shen Haori is one of the ＂Zhexi School Six＂. His theory and creation of Ci had a process of transformation. His views were not always in the line with Zhu Yi- zun. To understand the concepts of Shen Haori can get a better look at the splendor Zhexi School.
