孟鲁司特钠改善过敏性紫癜患儿肾损害的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特改善过敏性紫癜患儿肾损害的临床有效性和安全性。方法将收治的50例过敏性紫癜患儿采用随机分为两组,其中实验组26例,对照组24例。两组均采用常规治疗,实验组应用孟鲁司特,对照组应用低分子肝素钙。对比观察两组患儿不同时间段尿微量白蛋白及尿β2微球蛋白的变化及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组尿微量白蛋白及β2微球蛋白水平降低较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。实验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),皮疹消失时间及患者症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论孟鲁司特钠对过敏性紫癜患者具有明显的治疗作用,可有效地减轻患儿肾损害,降低紫癜性肾炎的发生率,快速缓解患儿的临床症状,有效缩短病程。Objective To study the montelukast and improve the clinical efficacy and safety of renal damage in children with allergic purpura. Methods 50 cases of children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group 26 cases,control group 24 cases. These cases adopt regular treatment,the experimental group applied montelukast,the control group used low molecular heparin calcium.The urine trace albumin and beta 2 microglobulin changes and clinical therapeutic effect were compared of the two groups of children with different period. Results The urine trace albumin and beta 2 microglobulin level of the two groups of cases after treatment showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Compared the clinical efficacy,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared to the experimental group,the skin rash and symptoms disappear time to relieve time was significantly shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Montelukast of HSP patients have significant therapeutic effect,can effectively reduce kidney damage in children,reduce the incidence of nephritis,fast relieve symptoms in children,effectively shorten the course.
