局部热疗联合维A酸、重组人干扰素α-2b治疗扁平疣的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨局部热疗联合维A酸、重组人干扰素治疗扁平疣的疗效及安全性。方法选取100例扁平疣患者随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予维A酸、重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组给予局部热疗联合维A酸、重组人干扰素α-2b,治疗后随访6个月。比较两组临床疗效、复发率及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组(96.0%vs.82.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较(12.0%vs.6.0%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组复发率比较(0 vs.4.0%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(0 vs.8.0%);治疗后6个月,观察组复发率仍低于对照组(2.0%vs.14.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部热疗联合维A酸、重组人干扰素α-2b治疗扁平疣,可明显提高临床疗效,不良反应少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of local hyperthermia combined with vitamin A acid and recombinant human interferon α-2b in patients with flat wart. Methods 100 patients with flat wart were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 50） and control group（ n =50）. The control group were treated with vitamin A acid and recombinant human interferon α- 2b,the observation group were treated with local hyperthermia combined with vitamin A acid and recombinant human interferon α- 2b. All patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group and control group respectively was 96. 0% and 82. 0%,the difference showed statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions rate of observation group and control group respectively was 12. 0% and 6. 0%,the difference was no statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. 1month after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group and control group respectively was 0% and 4. 0%,the difference was no statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group and control group respectively was 0 and 8. 0%,the difference showed statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group and control group respectively was 2. 0% and 14. 0%,the difference showed statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The local hyperthermia combined with vitamin A acid and recombinant human interferon α- 2b treat with flat wart,can obviously improve the clinical efficacy,adverse reaction less,recurrence rate low,worth clinical promotion.
