摘  要:利用浸渍负载-还原法制备碳纤维负载Co-B催化剂,研究反应温度、稳定剂(NaOH和CH3COONa)浓度及反应物(NaBH4)浓度对催化剂活性的影响.通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征分析,并研究NaBH4的水解动力学行为.实验结果表明:碳纤维负载Co-B催化剂以非晶形式存在;在40℃,以0.19mol/L NaOH为稳定剂时,催化NaBH4水解10min氢气产率约为96%;当NaBH4浓度较低时,其水解反应近似为一级反应.The effects of reaction temperature,stabilizer(NaOH and CH3COONa),concentrations of NaBH4 and reactants on the activity of catalyst loaded on carbon fiber prepared by means of dip-loadreduction were investigated.Catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the hydrolysis dynamics of sodium borohydride was studied. The experimental results show that in the presence of carbon fiber load Co-B catalyst in amorphous form and 0.19 mol/L NaOH stabilizer,at 40 ℃ under alkaline conditions,hydrogen production rate is nearly 96% for catalytic hydrolysis of NaBH4 for about 10 min and hydrolysis reaction is approximately the first order reaction at low sodium borohydride concentration.
