摘　　要：MOOC的快速发展,为高校学习型组织的发展提供了新的空间:基于联通主义的MOOC奠定了学习型组织的理论基础;基于发现学习理论的MOOC建构学习型组织的组织框架;基于教学再综合理论的MOOC搭建学习型组织的行为路径。探索MOOC对高校学习型组织建构的理论意义,对学习型组织的发展具有重要的意义。The rapid development of MOOC provides a new space for creating a learning organization in colleges. Firstly, MOOC with collectivism is the foundation of learning organization theory. Secondly, MOOC with discovery learning theory establishes a frame for learning organization. Last, MOOC with teaching and synthetic theory offers a behavioral way for building learning organization. Hence, exploring the theoretical significance of using MOOC to con- struct a learning organization in colleges is vital to the development of learning organization theory.
