摘 要:危险品货物在运输过程中,存在发生泄露、爆炸等风险,对人们群众的生命财产和社会环境造成危害,因此,各国都在开展危险品货物运输的监控与监管方面的研究。然而,船载集装箱货物监控条件具有特殊性。在船载集装箱货物运输系统中,集装箱个数、存放位置、装载内容等均不确定,传统方法很难开展有效的监控。本文在充分分析船载集装箱存放特性、研究无线传感网Zigbee网络的基础上,提出了一种基于物联网技术的移动监控组网方案,介绍了相关监控仪器仪表设备开发的关键技术。该方法成功应用于多艘集装箱运输船监控系统中,并取得了良好的效果。In dangerous goods transportation, there exists leaks, explosions and other risks, which brings hazards to people's lives and their property and social environmental, and therefore, the monitoring and supervision for the transport of dangerous goods has been studied in this area. However, the conditions for container cargo ship monitor- ing is poor and difficult. In the container ship cargo transportation system, the number of containers, their storage lo- cation, the loaded cargos are uncertain, so the traditional methods are inefficient for this situation. Based on the anal- ysis of ship container storage characteristics, Zigbee wireless sensor network, a mobile monitoring network designation and solution is proposed, which is based IOT technology, and the key technologies for monitoring instrumentation e- quipment development is also introduced. The technology was successfully applied to container ships monitoring sys-tern, and achieved good results.
