摘　　要：西地那非作为第一个用于治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍的Ⅴ型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂,其人群使用范围非常广泛,但其是否影响生育存在争议。本文就国内外有关西地那非雄性生殖毒性的实验动物及人群研究结果进行了综述,结果表明,长期使用西地那非可能对前列腺、睾丸和阴茎组织产生不良影响,并影响精子功能导致不育,其对前列腺的作用值得深入研究。As the first PDE5 inhibitor to treat erectile dysfunction, Sildenafil is widely used in humans all over the world, however, it is still argued whether Sildenafil can induce infertility. In this paper, all the recently published articles of experimental animal and human being research on the male reproductive toxicity induced by Sildenafil at home and abroad are summarized. It is suggested that Sildenafil will bring adverse effects to prostate, testis and penis after long-time using, and it will also result in infertility by affecting sperm function, moreover, the relationship between Sildenafil and prostate is worth to be further developed.
