摘　　要：近几年来,随着农业结构的战略性调整和绿色无污染保健食品的开发、利用,小杂粮以其独特的营养、保健、安全三大优势,成为健康消费时尚,市场地位明显提升。通过对长治市小杂粮产业生产现状及存在问题的分析,力求找到适合于长治市特色的小杂粮产业发展对策,以促进全市小杂粮产业的健康持续发展。In recent years, with the strategic adjustment of agriculatral structure and the development and utilization of green pollution-free health food, small coarse cereals has become healthy consumption fashion with its unique advantage of nutrition, health care and safety, its market position significantly improved. Through the analysis of the present situation of small coarse cereals in Changzhi city and the problems, in order to find suitable development countermeasures of the characteristics of small coarse cereals industry, to promote the healthy sustainable development of small coarse cereals industry.
