摘　　要：理学家邵雍通过《伊川击壤集》表达自己孜孜以求的自由与休闲之理想。他以高妙的诗句捕捉"此时",以梦幻的花月网罗"此景",以醉人的美酒羁留"此心",同时用无所不容的理性拓展人类感知与思维的视界,成功地运用陌生化的手法,将烦冗的现实化为传奇,让倦怠的心灵得以复苏,最终通过诗歌找到了理性的归宿,达成了身心的闲适。SHAO Yong, the idealist, assiduously practiced his own ideal of freedom and leisure through Yi Chuan Ji Rang Ji. He captured ＂the time＂ by great verses and snared＂ the scene＂ by dreamy flowers and moon, and kept back ＂the heart＂ by attractive wine. At the same time he expanded human perception and thinking horizon with all - embracing reason. He turned tiresome reality to a legend and let the tired heart recover through the successful use of Defamiliarization techniques. At last, he found anchorage of reason and achieved physical and mental comfort through poetry.
