太湖鹅羽绒品质测定与问题分析

摘　　要：为了评价太湖鹅羽绒品质,同时探讨当前羽绒品质测定中存在问题,分性别对130日龄太湖鹅羽毛品质进行了测定,包括产毛量、绒子含量、蓬松度、千朵重、绒朵长、绒枝细度、水分含量和含脂率等指标。结果显示,130日龄太湖鹅体质量公母平均3 073.95g;每只鹅可以采集到的羽毛量约为120-200g,占体质量的4%-6%;公母鹅去除硬毛片后的羽毛质量占全羽毛质量分别为61%和63%,公鹅产毛量（197.22g）极显著大于母鹅（127.78g）,公鹅可利用羽绒质量（94.56g）显著大于母鹅（62.66g）;公鹅羽绒蓬松度（22.33cm）显著大于母鹅（20.33cm）,公鹅千朵重（1.182 4g）显著大于母鹅（1.020 0g）,其余各指标都没有显著差异。产毛量和千朵重（P=0.003）极显著正相关,产毛量和绒枝细度（P=0.041）显著相关;体质量与千朵重（P=0.003）、绒枝细度（P=0.010）、产毛量（P=0.001）极显著正相关。本试验发现,影响羽毛产量的主要因素是体质量,而提升羽绒产量的关键是提高产绒率;通过测定千朵重、绒朵长和绒枝细度可以间接反映蓬松度的高低。畜牧业对羽绒品质测定应主要关注产毛量、可利用羽绒质量、绒子含量、千朵重、绒朵长和绒枝细度;亟待制定产毛量、可利用羽绒质量、绒朵长和绒枝细度测定的相关标准。In order to evaluate the quanlity of Taihu goose down,and discuss the issues in goose down measure,male and female down of Taihu goose on 130 days old was measured in this study,measure index include：feather weight,down content,filling power of down,kilo-down weight,down length,down barb diameter,water content,and fat content.The mean body weight of Taihu goose was 3 073.95 g on 130 days old;the feather weight was 120 to 200g,about 4to 6percent of the body weight.The weight of feather removing long feather was about 61 to 63percent of the entire feather.The feather yield of male geese（197.22g）was very significantly higher than that of female geese（127.78g）,the weight of available feather which could be used as warm material in male geese（94.56g）was significantly higher than that in female geese（62.66g）,the filling power of down in male geese（22.33cm）was significantly higher than that in female geese（20.33cm）,kilo-down weight in male geese（1.182 4g）was significantly higher than that in female geese（1.020 0g）,and no significantly difference was found in the other measure index.A significantly positive correlation was found between feather yield and kilo-down weight（P=0.003）,feather yield and down barb diameter（P=0.041）;and a very significantly positive correlation was found between body weight and kilo-down weight（P=0.003）,body weight and down barb diameter（P=0.010）,body weight and feather yield（P=0.001）.In this study,the result showed that body weight was the main influence factor to feather yield,and the key factor to improve available feather yield was to improve available feather content;the filling power of down could be indirectly reflected by down weight,down content,kilo-down weight,down length and down barb diameter.As a result,this paper suggests that feather yield,available feather yield,down content,kilo-down weight,down length,and down barb diameter are major indicators in measurement of goose down,relevant standards about feather yield,available fe
