摘 要:为了提高沥青路面结构大修的经济性能,以沥青路面大修结构厚度、模量为设计参数,路面结构疲劳损坏的弯沉和最大拉应力作为约束条件,同时引入车辙指标,建立了基于响应面法的路面大修结构全寿命周期费用优化模型。该模型根据Plackett-Burman筛选原理进行实验组合设计,借助二阶响应面模型拟合计算结果,得到在寿命周期下费用最低时的大修结构组合,并检验了响应面的拟合精度。For the sake of improving the economic performance of the pavement structure overhaul,a whole life-cycle cost model is built in the process of modulus optimization within the limitation of the pavement structure's flexure damage and maximum tension stress,which is based on the response surface method,brings in the Rutting depth and sets its parameter by the thickness of overhaul structure of asphalt pavement. This module is conducted and designed in accordance with the Plackett-Burman Selection Principle. Besides,an overhaul structure combination is made under the the lowest life- cycle cost and the response surface fitting precision is tested by means of the calculation result of the two-stage response surface model. Considering the need of road maintenance,this optimization method is more scientific and reliable.
