摘 要:采用ASTM C1202的电通量法和快速冻融循环法,试验研究了水灰比和粉煤灰对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性及抗冻性的影响,探讨电通量指标评价混凝土抗冻性的可行性,并分析了电通量与相对耐久性指数的相关性。结果表明,随着水灰比降低,混凝土电通量减小,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性、抗冻性提高;掺入粉煤灰能较大幅度地提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性,但对混凝土抗冻性却没有提高。水灰比变化条件下,可以用电通量指标评价混凝土抗冻性,且56 d龄期电通量指标好于28 d龄期;粉煤灰掺量变化条件下,不能用电通量指标评价混凝土抗冻性。在一定条件下,初始电流与电通量、相对耐久性指数之间均表现出较好的相关性。Experimental study the influence of water-cement ratio and fly ash on concrete resistance to chloride-ion penetration and freeze resistance by the rapid chloride permeability test method as designated in ASTM C1202 and fast freeze-thaw cycles,the feasibility about electric flux index evaluate concrete freeze resistance is discussed,and the correlation of electric flux and relative durability index is also analysed. The results show that,with the decrease of water-cement ratio,concrete electric flux decreases,concrete resistance to chloride-ion penetration and freeze resistance are improved; Mixed fly ash can greatly improve resistance to chloride-ion penetration of concrete,but did not improve freeze resistance of concrete. Electric flux index can be used evaluate concrete freeze resistance when water-cement ratio is altered respectively,and concrete electric flux of 56 d age better than 28 d age; And can't use electric flux index evaluate concrete freeze resistance when fly ash content is altered respectively. In a certain condition,initial current and electric flux,relative durability index all showed good correlations.
