摘　　要：由于上部压重减小、忽视水的作用和影响,会造成地下结构的上浮,上浮会造成构件变形、开裂、漏水,严重时会造成结构标高的较大变化而影响使用功能。本文对某沿海城市地下车库上浮产生的原因、造成的危害和处理方法进行了论述,并采用降水、加载、解压的方法进行了处理,取得了较好的效果,提出了建筑物产生此类问题的处理思路和加固方法。Upper pressure reduction, neglect of the role of water, will cause the underground garage float- ing. Deformation, cracking and leakage of the structural members will be caused by the underground gar- age floating, which will cause the changes of the structure elevation and the use function. This paper dis- cusses the causes of the underground garage floating in a coastal city, and discusses the damages and treat- ment methods,and solved a problem by dropping water, increasing load and reduce stress methods, a- chieved better results. The thinking and the method of the such problem are presented.
