闽南本科高校女教师参与体育锻炼的现状研究

摘　　要：采用文献查阅法、问卷调查法、访谈等研究方法对闽南地区本科高校女教师参与体育锻炼现状进行调查和研究.结果表明:闽南地区本科高校女教师参与体育现状呈好转趋势,体育人口与往年相比有所增加;参与体育锻炼的动机以健康第一,同时也表现出对美好身材和社会交往的追求;参与体育锻炼项目选择以单位组织的比赛项目为主,靠单位的拉动才去锻炼,自我主动锻炼的意识还没有完全形成,参与体育锻炼形式仍没有摆脱计划经济时代的单位体育形式;参与体育锻炼的场所选择仍以学校得天独厚的便利场馆为主;对参与体育锻炼的自我评价比较满意.Use the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, interviews and other research methods to investigate the present situation of women teacher of minnan area normal university participated in physical exercise. The results indicated that, the present situation on participation in physical exercise about women in normal university of Minnan area was improving, compared with previous years the sports population was increased; the motivation of physical exercise was health first, but also showed the quest for good figure and social interaction; the item selections gave priority to unit organization of events, driven by the unit to the gym, the consciousness of self-exercise has＇ t not yet fully formed, the form still didn＇t get rid of unit sports form of the planned economy era; the site selection was given priority to school unique convenient venue; the self assessment of taking part in physical exercise was satisfied.
