摘　　要：新生儿红臀是儿科临床护理工作中最常见且较为棘手的问题之一，易致患儿烦躁、哭闹。不仅增加了患儿的痛苦，而且影响了原发病的治疗，延长了住院时间。如果处理不当，会导致感染甚至败血症，不仅加重了家属的思想负担和经济负担，同时也增加了医护人员的治疗护理压力。本文就临床上新生儿红臀常见的防治及护理方法做以综述，以期对临床医护工作有一定的指导作用。Neonatal red buttock is one of the most common and difficult problems in pediatric clinical nursing care, which causes newborn patients to be agitated and crying. It not only increases the pain of newborn patients but affects the treatment of primary disease and extends length of stay in hospital as well. If it is not handled properly, neonatal red buttock could lead to in- fection and sepsis. Not only increased economic burden and worries of family members, at the same time it is also increase the pressure of medical staff for caring newborn patients. This review summarizes common prevention treatment and nursing care methods of neonatal red buttock to guide clinical medical work.
