等级医院评审标准在优质护理服务落实中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨等级医院评审标准在优质护理服务落实中的积极作用。方法针对评审条款中优质护理服务的具体要求，对科室在2012年3月-2013年4月等级医院复审工作以来，开展的工作进行回顾性总结。结果通过对照评审标准在科室优质护理服务中的逐步落实，体会到等级医院评审标准作为医院管理工具的重要意义。结论等级医院评审使医院在坚持以病人为中心，围绕着患者开展优质护理服务，夯实基础护理的同时，创新护理模式，规范服务内容，注重人文关怀；提升护士内涵，保障护士权益，真正做到让群众满意、社会满意、政府满意。Objective To explore the positive role of the hospital grade evaluation standards in high quality nursing service. Method According to the specific requirements of accreditation for high quality nursing service, the author analyzes retrospec- tively the work of hospital grade re-evaluation from March 2012 to April 2013. Results Through implementation of evaluation standards in high quality nursing service, significance of hospital accreditation standards for hospital standardized management is realized. Conclusion The hospital grade evaluation standards helps the hospital adhere to the patients as the center, offering high-quality care for patients, and strengthening basic nursing, but also help the hospital to innovate nursing modes, standard- ized the service and pay attention to humanistic care; further enhance nurses＇ quality, guarantee nurses＇rights, which realizes the target of being satisfied by people, satisfied by the society and satisfied by the government.
