针织网眼布的性能研究

摘　　要：采用TOPCOOL短纤维纺成36S纱线,在Derrot UP372双面提花机,试织网眼布,然后进行染整加工,测试分析此织物的基本结构参数,采用杜邦公司滴液法和水分蒸发率法测试织物的导湿性能及透水性能。结果表明,TOPCOOL织物具有优异的透水和导湿性能。36S yarn was spun by adopting TOPCOOL short fibers. Mesh fabric was woven for trial on Derrot UP372 double-faced jacquard machine. After dyeing and finishing, basic strture parameters of the fabric were tested and analyzed and the moisture transfer property and permeability of it were also test by adopting Du Pont company＇s liquid drop method and method of water evaporation rate. The result showed that TOPCOOL fabric had outstanding permeability and moisture transfer properties.
