摘 要:对九株临床常见菌做了双氟沙星(Difloxacin)的小鼠体内保护试验。结果显示,口服双氟沙星对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌、肺炎链球菌和金葡球菌感染小鼠的保护作用明显优于氟哌酸(Norfloxacin)。口服双氟沙星对肺炎链球菌感染小鼠的保护作用比氟哌酸强6~20倍,对金葡球菌感染小鼠的保护作用比氟哌酸强13倍。用双氟沙星治疗肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌感染小鼠的半数保护剂量作用有效于氟哌酸(双氟沙星ED_(50)1.08mg/kg,氟哌酸ED_(50)4.39mg/kg),双氟沙星的保护作用是氟哌酸的4倍。双氟沙星对大肠杆菌引起的感染小鼠保护作用比氟哌酸保护作用至少强2~3倍。 研究结果表明,双氟沙星具有良好的体内抗菌作用。In this paper we reported Difloxacin, a new antibiotic, in vivo antimicrobial activity. We studied on the in-vivo protection of Difloxacin against 9 strains clinical common bacteria. The results showed that Difloxacin is more poteat than Norfloxacin when administered orally in mouse protection tests against Escherichia coli,Pseudo-monas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Strepococous pneumoniae and Staphylococ-ous aureus. Difloxacin was 6 to 20 times and 13 times more potent than Norfloxacin -when administered orally agaist S.pneumoniae and Staph.aureus respectively in mice. Infections due to K. pneumoniae and E. coli were also more effectively treated with Difloxacin than Norfloxacin. The ED of Diflox acin and Norfloxacin were 1.08mg/kg, and 4. 39 mg/kg respectively. Results showed that Difloxacin is a very effective antibacterial agent.
