摘　　要：全球恐怖活动的态势,使得反恐怖立法凸显重要,各国掀起反恐怖立法热潮。我国面临着复杂的反恐怖形势,同样加快了反恐怖立法的步伐。我国当前的反恐怖法由全国人大常委会的《关于加强反恐怖工作有关问题的决定》以及散诸于其他法律、法规中的反恐怖法律规范组成,专门的反恐怖法草案业已进入讨论阶段,然其体系仍不能称完善,尚不能满足我国当前反恐怖斗争的需求,亟待推进我国反恐怖立法的法典化。Global terrorism highlights the importance of anti-terrorism legislation. Many Countries raised a hot wave of anti-terrorism legislation. China takes steps to accelerate its own anti-terrorism legislation procedure to deal with the complex situation. Anti-terrorism law of China is combined with ＂Decisions on Strengthening the Counter-terrorism Work＂which is staged by standing committee of the National People＇s Congress and other relative regulations. It can not satisfy the attacking terrorism needs because current legislation is lack of systematisms and unity. To promote the anti-terrorism,legislation is urgent for China.
