摘　　要：目的观察追踪型眨眼条件反射建立过程中豚鼠小脑中位核突触素的表达变化，探讨小脑IN突触素与追踪型EBC建立的关系。方法实验动物分为配对训练组（n=6）、假配对训练组（n=6）及对照组（n=6）。以短纯音作为条件刺激，束状氧气流刺激角膜作为非条件刺激，分别对配对组及假配对组进行配对及假配对刺激训练，持续10d。在训练的2d、6d、10d，采用免疫组化技术观察三组动物的小脑IN突触素表达，应用全自动图像分析系统比较三组动物的突触素表达差异。结果配对组动物在10d的条件反射训练过程中逐步获得稳定的条件反射行为，而非配对组动物没有建立起条件反射；相对于非配对组及对照组，在6d、10d，配对组动物小脑IN突触素表达显著增加。结论小脑IN突触素可能参与了追踪型EBC的建立过程。Objective To observe changes of synaptophysin expression in cerebellar interpositus nuclei （IN） during establishment of the classical trace eyeblink conditioning （TEBC） in guinea pig and the relationship between synaptophysin expression changes in cerebellar interpositus nuclei and the establishment of TEBC. Methods 18 guinea pigs were randomly divided into paired training group （n =6） and sham paired training group （n=6） and control group （n=6）. Short and pure tone was used as conditioned stimulus （CS）, corneal oxygen-puff used as unconditioned stimulus （US）, which were trained by a standard trace paradigm for 10 consecutive daily sessions. The synaptophysin expression changes of cerebellar IN was observed by automatic image analysis system at 2 days, 6 days and 10 days using immunohistochemical technique, and the relevant parameters were analyzed with software designed for imaging analysis. Results TEBC was acquired gradually during 10 days conditioned reflex training for paired training group, while the sham paired training group did not obtain the CR; synaptophysin expression of cerebellar IN was significantly increased in the paired training group compared to the sham paired and control group. Condusion The synaptophysin in cerebellar IN may be involved in the establishment of the TEBC.
