摘  要:目的研究芍药苷对哮喘模型小鼠气道高反应性和气道炎症的影响。方法以卵蛋白(OVA)致敏和激发小鼠哮喘模型,予地塞米松和低、中、高剂量芍药苷灌胃。测定各组小鼠气道高反应性;检测肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞及嗜碱性粒细胞水平;HE染色观察肺部病理变化。结果芍药苷可明显降低气道高反应性,缓解肺部炎症浸润水平。结论芍药苷对哮喘小鼠气道高反应性和肺部炎症具有显著的拮抗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of paeoniflorin on ovalbumin-induced airway hyperresponsiveness and airway inflammation in asthmatic mice. Methods Sensitizing and challenging with ovalbumin to establish asthmatic mice models, intragastric administration with dexamethasone andpaeoniflorin (low, medium and high doses). The airway hyperresponsiveness of mice in each group was detected. The pathological changes of lung was observed by HE staining. Counting and classification of white blood cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes and basophils levels in BALF were assessed, respectively. Results In paeoniflorin groups, the airway hyperresponsivenessand inflammatory levels in lung were significantly mitigated. Conclusion Paeoniflorin can significantly inhibit the airway hyperresponsiveness and inflammationin in the lung of asthmatic mice.
