摘 要:目的了解我市医院深部真菌感染现状、菌种分布及耐药情况。方法收集茂名市3家医院住院48 h以上的患者标本,经沙保培养基分离得到深部真菌,采用美国Microscan autoscan-4细菌分析仪进行鉴定,用丹麦ROSCO药敏纸片进行药敏试验。结果 6 372份标本中共分离深部真菌258株,其中白色念株菌最多,共146株(56.6%),其次是热带念珠菌42株(16.3%)。耐药率较低药物是两性霉素B(5.4%)和氟康唑(9.3%),而耐药率较高药物是酮康唑(45.3%)、益康唑(35.3%)和伊曲康唑(30.6%)。结论茂名市医院深部真菌感染的致病菌种类较多,耐药性较常见。Objective To study the situation, species distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial deep fungal infections in Maoming city. Methods The clinical specimens were collected from the hospitalized patients more than 48 hours at 3 hospitals in Maoming city. The deep fungi were isolated by Sabourand media, and then identified by American Micro Scan auto SCAN-4 System. The susceptibility test was performed with Denmark ROSCO tablets. Results A total of 258 strains of deep fungi were recovered from 6 372 samples, of which Candida albicans was the most common(146 strains, 56.6%) and C. tropicalis was the next(42 strains, 16.3%). The resistant rates were 5.4%, 9.3%, 30.6%, 35.3%, and 45.3% for amphotericin B, fluconazole, itraconazole, econazole, and ketoconazole, respectively. Conclusion The pathogenic species in nosocomial deep fungal infections are diverse and thier resistances are common in Maoming city.
