摘　　要：党的十八大提出了包括"民主""法治"在内的社会主义核心价值观,这是在马克思主义指导下,对西方思想的积极扬弃,更是对中华优秀传统文化的自觉继承和弘扬。先秦道家分为老学、庄学和黄老学三个派别,在《老子》《庄子》以及稷下黄老道家的《管子》四篇等文献中,有着丰富的民主、法治思想内蕴,对培育社会主义核心价值观具有十分宝贵的涵养作用。The socialist core values including democracy and rule of law have been put forward in the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,which are the active sublation of western thought and inheritance and promoting of excellent Chinese traditional culture under the guidance of Marxism. Taoism is divided into three schools,including the theory of Lao Zi,the theory of Chuang- tzu and Huang Lao doctrine. There are abundant thoughts with democracy and rule of law in Lao- tzu,Chuang- tzu and Guan- tzu,which play an important role in cultivating the socialist core values.
