秦文化的重新审视——兼论秦国政治文化与“秦墨”

摘　　要：在传统的文史论者中,"秦世无文"几乎成为共识。但这一错误的观念与历史的事实相去甚远。无论是物质文化、制度文化还是文学艺术方面,秦国的文化都有它独特而丰富的内容。尤其是随着近年来越来越多的出土文献被发现与识读,秦文化丰富多彩的面貌日渐呈现在人们面前。本文即从秦国的学术文化与文学艺术状况的研究入手,对传统的误读作出澄清,针对"秦墨"的活跃与秦国政治生态关系作出初步的解析。同时对秦文化对我们当代文化创新的重要意义提出自己的粗浅看法,以期引起学术界同仁的进一步讨论。The culture of Qin Dynasty has been disabused in the long history. There is great abundant content in material culture,system culture,literature and arts. This paper tries to study the academic culture and literary art to clarify the misunderstandings,and analyze the activeness of Mohist schoolers in Qin Dynasty and the politicsl and econogical relation. Furthermore,this paper proposes views on the significance of the culture of Qin Dysnasty to current culture innovation in order to cause further discussion in the academic circle.
