摘　　要：小说《紫色》借由一位黑人妇女西丽作为自述者以及叙述者的双重身份,揭示了深受种族主义和性别主义双重压迫下的美国黑人女性的窘境。从男尊女卑的性别"空间表征"可以看出黑人女性卑贱的社会身份。然而,她们中的一部分人不甘于这样的困境,通过空间争夺和空间迁移挑战所谓的空间秩序并对空间进行了改造,重建了具有颠覆性的"表征空间"。其中,主人公西丽经历由性别抗争意识薄弱到强大的过程,展现了美国黑人女性积极构建自我身份意识的觉醒。而小说的乌托邦结局体现了沃克重写黑人妇女历史,对整个黑人社会未来发展的希冀。The Color Purple,through a black woman Celie as a narrator to tell about her own experience and that of other black women reveals the dilemma of the American black female under the double oppression of racism and sexism.From the representation of space that men are noble and women are humble,it can be seen the lower social identity of the black women; however,some of them are willing to bear this predicament no longer,so they try to challenge the so-called social orders through spatial scramble and spatial shift as well as change the space,rebuilding a subverted spatial representation. Among them,the process of Celie＇s experience from the weak to the strong sexual fighting consciousness,demonstrates the awakening of the consciousness of the black female＇s actively constructing identity. Moreover,the utopian conclusion of the novel represents Walker＇s rewriting the black female＇s history and her hope for the whole black people.
