摘 要:选用UBM(unified barge method),PBET(the physiologically based extraction test),SBET(simplified bioaccessibility extraction test)和IVG(in-vitro gastrointeslinal)等4种体外提取方法,通过模拟人体胃肠液对比分析了不同酸度土壤中Pb,Cd,Zn,Ni等重金属的生物可给性,为正确选择和制定土壤重金属对人体潜在风险的评价方法提供参考.结果表明:1)在偏酸性土壤中,IVG方法对Zn,Ni,Cd的提取量最大;在偏碱性土壤中,SBET方法对Zn,Ni,Pb的提取量最大;2)当采用IVG和PBET方法分析Zn,Ni,Cd的生物可给性时,酸性土壤中的生物可给性偏高;而采用SBET和UBM分析时,碱性土壤中Zn,Ni,Cd的生物可给性偏高.In this study,four representative in-vitro tests methods,UBM,PBET,SBET and IVG are selected to evaluate the bioaccessibility of Pb,Cd,Zn and Ni extracted from different soils with simulating human gastrointestinal juice.This study supplies references for exactly evaluating the potential risk of heavy metals in soils to human health.Results show that there are remarkable differences in the bioaccessibility of heavy metals in various soils tested by four in-vitro extraction methods.In most cases,the bioavailability of heavy metals Zn,Ni and Cd in acidic soils by IVG is clearly higher than those by other in-vitro extraction methods,and it is found there is higher bioaccessibility of alkaline soil Zn,Ni and Pb by SBET than those by other in-vitro extraction methods.And the bioaccessibility of heavy metals Zn,Ni and Cd in acidic soils by IVG and PBET is higher than that in alkali soil.However,Zn,Ni and Cd bioaccessibility extracted by SBET and UBM in alkali soil is higher than that in acidic one.
