摘  要:以某大型三级综合医院实施预约诊疗工作实践为切入点,回顾近几年预约诊疗工作的开展情况,将具体工作进行梳理,用数据说话,并分享预约诊疗工作宝贵经验、工作方法。同时,对开展预约诊疗服务工作过程中一些问题进行思考,指出应坚持预约实名制原则,以包容和积极的态度面对爽约,并对预约诊疗服务的发展趋势进行了展望。Started by the specific practices and measures of the implementation of reservation of diagnosis and treatment in a tertiary general hospital, reservation of diagnosis and treatment work in recent years was reviewed to sort the specific work. By data analysis, the valuable work experience and working methods were shared. Furthermore, problems of implementing reservation were discussed. Countermeasures such as requiring real name reservation, magnanimously dealing with breach event and the prospect of reservation service were also discussed.
