双向考核导师带教制度在卫生援疆工作中的研究与应用

摘　　要：通过制定援疆专家的导师带教制度,并对带教导师和学员进行双向考核,考核内容包括医疗新技术的开展和掌握、各级别医学科研项目的申请和医学科研论文的撰写。每一轮考核周期为1年半。考核目标为各类别的达标率,有效地为援疆医院的人才队伍和学科建设提供了质量保障。A tutor system of experts aiding for Xinjiang, as well as dual assessment between tutors and students, is set up. The contents of assessment include the mastery of new medical technology, application of medical scientific research programs and writing medical research papers. Each round of examination lasts for 1.5 years. The assessment target is compliance rate of each category. This tutor system effectively provides quality assurance for talent training and discipline construction in aided Xinjiang hospital.
