摘 要:换热器表面的微生物污垢问题,严重影响了非清洁水源换热器系统的换热效率和安全.前期研究提出的新型石蜡涂层方式,利用在线融化和凝固石蜡涂层,实现了换热器的在线清洗.石蜡涂层虽然具有一定抑垢效果,但本身也带来相应附加热阻.本研究将抑垢剂苯扎氯铵包埋至石蜡涂层,用于强化涂层的抑垢效果.污垢挂片实验结果显示,包埋苯扎氯铵的石蜡涂层抑垢效果显著增强,有效抵消了涂层附加热阻较大的缺点.相比单独使用的石蜡涂层,包埋苯扎氯铵的石蜡涂层抑垢效果增强79%.相比直接使用苯扎氯铵,包埋的苯扎氯铵作用更针对污垢底层,同样抑垢效果下苯扎氯铵用量仅为直接使用的0.6%.Biofouling formed on heat exchangers can severely impair heat transfer efficiency and security of non-clean water source heat exchange systems. A new paraffin coating method was came up in previous study,using the online melting and solidification of paraffin coating to enable the online cleaning of heat exchangers. Although the paraffin coating had shown certain effect of biofouling inhibition,it also brought corresponding additional thermal resistance. An antifoulant,benzalkonium chloride,was imbedded into the paraffin coating in this study to enhance the biofouling inhibition effect. Results of biofouling coupon experiments shown that the benzalkonium chloride imbedded paraffin coating exhibited significant increase in biofouling inhibition effect,which effectively offset the disadvantage of large additional thermal resistance caused by paraffin coating. The benzalkonium chloride imbedded paraffin coating shown 79%increments in biofouling inhibition effect comparing to the original paraffin coating. The inhibition effect of imbedded benzalkonium chloride was more concentrated in the biofouling bottom layer comparing to the direct usage of benzalkonium chloride. The dosage of imbedded benzalkonium chloride accounted for only 0. 6% of the direct usage when same biofouling inhibition effect was achieved.
