摘　　要：为了了解钢结构住宅全寿命周期综合成本,针对钢结构住宅推广和建设的现状,阐述了建立钢结构住宅全寿命周期成本模型的概念.在明确了钢结构住宅全寿命周期成本含义及构成的基础上,对钢结构住宅全寿命周期成本进行了分析,建立了钢结构住宅全寿命周期成本模型.分析了钢结构住宅全寿命周期各个阶段成本内容,以及影响钢结构住宅全寿命周期成本的主要因素.In order to understand comprehensive life cycle cost of steel structure residence, ac- cording to promotion and construction status of steel structure residence, this paper expounds the concept of life cycle cost model of steel structure residence. Based on definitizing the meaning and composition, this paper analyzes the life cycle cost of steel structure residence and builds the model. Meanwhile, it analyzes the cost contents at different stages of life cycle of steel structure residence and main factors which influence life cycle cost of steel structure residence.
