摘　　要：在对海域物权评价方法和信息需求分析的基础上,数据中心集成开发平台可为它提供一系列便利:其中,数据仓库可对海洋数据进行有效管理,设计器用来搭建系统界面,功能仓库构建系统的功能,系统所需的扩展功能可以通过工具插件接口开发相应插件嵌入到系统的框架中得以使用。整个系统分为4个功能模块,分别是信息录入模块、信息查询模块、宗海管理模块和宗海评估模块。该系统的开发有助于为海洋管理提供决策支持。With the data warehouse of data-center to manage the marine data,and with the designer of data-center to build the system interface,the function provided by the function warehouse of data-center.It extended by the plug-in interface which is provided by data-center,the plug is embedded into the framework of the system to use based on the analysis of the way of sea property evaluation and data requirements.The whole system is divided into four function modules,the information input module,the management of Zon Hai module,the information query module and the assessment of the price of Zon Hai module.The system can provide decision support to the marine management.
