老城区地下商业街开发设计研究——以盐城市建军路地下商业街为例

摘　　要：在我国城市化的大背景下,城市人口不断膨胀,商业活动日益繁荣。在城市范围内,尤其是在人气聚集、商业繁华、用地紧张、交通拥挤的老城区核心商圈,商业空间的拓展与土地资源的匮乏之间的矛盾日益凸显。老城区地下商业街的开发和利用是拓展老城区商业发展空间、缓解交通压力、改善居民生活环境、提高人防标准的有效途径,因而日益受到重视。本文以盐城市老城区建军路地下商业街为例,对其项目概况、建筑设计、人防设计、商业策划及施工组织进行了阐述分析,明确了地下商业街在老城区立体化开发中的意义;同时,总结了老城区地下商业街开发中应注意的问题,为国内其他城市建设提供参考。In the context of China＇s urbanization,the traditional business centers in old city had seen population gathering and business prosperity. However,there are also some serious problems such as shortage of land and traffic congestion,especially the contradiction between expansion of commercial space and lack of land. Exploiting the underground commercial street in old city increasingly gets more attention since it is an effective way to expand commercial space, ease traffic pressure, improve the living environment and enhance the overall ability of disaster prevention. The Jianjun Road underground street in Yan city is no doubt a good example as the longest,net-highest and best-graded underground commercial street nationwide. Through analyzing the overview of this project,architectural design,civil air defense capabilities,commercial activities,planning and construction process,this dissertation aims at exploiting the significance of underground commercial streets on old city district development,digging out some notable issues and make recommendations for similar projects.
