摘 要:通过建立与实际相符合的热传导数学模型,并利用有限元分析的方法,进行了一系列不同角度的数值实验,数值模拟了油页岩的原位传导加热开采过程,获得了在油页岩的原位开采过程中所需的温度变化规律。并且在实验过程中,发现了电加热法的重大缺陷,即开采过程中整个系统的能耗较大,且油页岩层整体传热缓慢。笔者还为此寻找了几种改善此缺陷的方法,如提高注热井温度,交换加热井与采油井等方法,结果都不理想。故该技术的实用性较差,成本高,不适合推广使用。笔者在文中提出了一种更为合理的开采方法——对流加热法。This text through the establishment of heat conduction mathematical model according with the reality used the finite element analysis method,carried on a series of numerical experiments from different angles,by the numerical simulation of the in situ conduction heating oil shale mining process,has obtained the variation laws of temperature required in situ mining process of oil shale. And in the course of the experiment,the major defects of electric heating method have been found,namely,there was large energy consumption for the whole system in the process of mining,and the overall heat transfer of oil shale layer ran slowly. This paper also looked for some methods to improve the defects,such as raising the temperature of hot injection well and production well,exchange of heating wells and other methods,the results are not ideal. So that its technical function is bad,the cost is high,and it is not suitable for the expansion usage. A kind of reasonable method-the convection heating method was put forward.
