摘　　要：当前高校大学生的心理健康问题呈现出普遍、复杂、多样的严峻形势。"四全育人"即"全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人、全天候育人",这种合力育人的工作机制对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作起到了积极作用。深入研究如何将"四全育人"的工作理念运用于大学生心理健康教育之中,将对高校学生的心理健康教育工作提供全新的思路和方向。At present, the mental health of the college students presented the grim situation of universality, complexity and diversity, ＂four whole educations＂, namely means education in all staff, education at full range, the whole process of educating, all-weather education. The working mechanism of educating people played a positive role in strengthening and improving ideological and political education. This paper studies how to apply the concept of four whole educations to the education of College Students＇ psychological health, and provide new ideas and direction in the psychological health education of College Students.
