摘　　要：社会体育指导与管理专业的产学研教育,是在结合学校所处的地域特点,分析市场需求,自身优势所进行的学校、企事业单位、科研机构共同合作进行的教育模式,要想在产学研教育中取得良好的效果,就要了解地方经济发展特点,结合市场需求,做好社体专业人才培养目标定位,建立实习、实训教学实践基地,实现校企合作,充分利用企业资源,合作共建实践、实验中心,培养双师型队伍。Social sports professional guidance and management of production, education, and in combination with the school of geographical features, analysis of market demand, the advantages of schools, enterprises and institutions and research institutions work together to education mode, in order to get good effect in the education of production, study, to understand the characteristics of the local economic development, combined with market demand, completes the community are the target of talent cultivation, the establishment of teaching practice base in training, practice between cooperation, make full use of enterprise resources, cooperative project practice, the experiment center and train double team.
