摘　　要：从分析法治体系概念的由来出发,探讨了改革开放以来我国的法治理论从法律体系发展到法治体系的内在逻辑和规律,并对如何正确理解中国特色社会主义法治体系的内涵以及如何在制度实践中有效地建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,提出了理论和实践意义上的看法和建议。认为当下要把建设中国特色社会主义法治体系作为全面推进依法治国各项法治工作的重点,并且要正确处理法治体系化思想中如何贯彻落实法治原则和法治精神的问题,指出将中国特色社会主义法治体系的内涵作为全民普法工作的核心内容的重要性和意义。The thesis analyses the origin of the concept of the rule-of-law system,discusses China’s rule-of-law theory from the development of the legal system to the internal logic and the rule-of-law system since the reform and opening up.It puts forward views and recommendations that are of practical and theoretical signifi-cance in accordance with how to understand the connotations of the legal system with the Chinese socialist characteristics and how to build an effective legal system with the Chinese socialist characteristics in the insti-tutional practice.The author holds the idea that at present,the construction of the legal system with the Chi-nese socialist characteristics should be taken as the key to promoting comprehensively the rule of law,and the problem of how to implement the legal principle and spirit must be addressed in correctly handling the legal systematic thinking.The thesis points out the significance of putting the connotations of the legal system with the Chinese socialist characteristics as the core of legal literacy for all citizens.
