新标准下的河南省大学生体质健康达标现状与分析——以河南工业大学为例

摘　　要：为了解河南省高校大学生身体素质变化,以河南工业大学四个年级的大学生作为研究对象,对体质健康达标测试结果进行分析研究,深入了解河南省学生体质健康状况,针对学生体质日益下滑的趋势,提出相应的对策及建议,为河南省高校的体育工作改革提供有效的依据。To understand the changes in college students’physical health in Henan Province,the article ana-lyzes the test results of physical health status for college students with the four-year university students in Henan University of Technology as research subjects,gaining an insight into the students’physical health there.It comes up with countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the increasingly downward trend of the students’physical fitness in order to provide an effective basis for the reform in the work of sports in colleges and universities in Henan Province.
