摘　　要：咳嗽高敏感性综合征是慢性咳嗽的诊断新概念，试图从咳嗽高敏感性的角度对不同病因导致的慢性咳嗽进行统一的归纳和认识，可能对今后慢性咳嗽的诊治带来观念上的改变。不过，咳嗽高敏感性综合征的益处目前尚有争议，还有许多问题尚待解决，其临床应用价值尚需进一步的研究阐明。Cough hypersensitivity syndrome is a new diagnostic concept for chronic cough and tries to label chronic cough caused by the diverse etiologies under the umbrella of cough hypersensitivity, which may result in a change in the strategy for the management of chronic cough in the future. However,there currently is a controversy on the benefit of cough hypersensitivity syndrome and many issues remain to be solved. Its value of clinical application needs to be clarified by the further study.
