摘　　要：[目的]探讨Orem自理模式在经皮肾穿刺活检术护理中的应用效果。[方法]将80例在超声引导下行经皮肾穿刺活检术的病人随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取Orem自理模式对术前、术中、术后进行干预。比较两组病人术中配合程度、一次穿刺成功率和术后并发症。[结果]观察组病人术中配合程度、一次穿刺成功率优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]Orem自理模式应用于超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检术中,可有效提高术中病人配合程度和一次穿刺成功率,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective：To probe into the application effect of Orem setf - care model in nursing care of panents undergoing percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients who received ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each. The patients in control group received routine nursing model. The patients in observation group adopted Orem self - care model for preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative intervention. The intraoperative cooperation, dis- posable puncture success rate and postoperative complications were compared between both groups of patients. Results：The intraoperative cooperation and disposable puncture success rate of patients in observation group were better than that in control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in control group（〈0.05）. Conclusion：Orem self-care model applied in ultrasound guided pereutaneous renal bi- opsy can effectively improve the degree of intraoperative cooperation and disposable puncture success rate, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
