摘  要:为了准确检测电动汽车高压电气系统的绝缘性能,设计并实现了基于非平衡电桥法与电流传感法相结合的电动汽车绝缘检测系统。以等效绝缘电阻和泄漏电流作为绝缘检测的2个判据,运用霍尔传感器采集电池组电压、正负母线电压及其泄漏电流,通过采集车辆不同状态下的电气参数,计算等效绝缘电阻和泄漏电流来判断系统的绝缘性能。该系统依据车辆的工作状态合理地分配检测状态,无需考虑系统工作状态和信号干扰等因素的影响。测试结果表明,该系统可准确判断不同状态下电动汽车高压系统的绝缘性能。In order to solve the electric vehicle’s high voltage electric system insulation fault,a kind of electric vehicle intelli-gent insulation detection system is designed and realized based on unbalance bridge method and current sensing method.The equivalent insulation resistance and leakage current are as two criterions for insulation detection.The battery voltage,posi-tive and negative busbar voltage and leakage current are collected by the hall sensor.The system’s insulation performance is j udged by the calculated equivalent insulation resistance and leakage current through the collected electric parameters at the different conditions of vehicles.On the basis of the working state of the electric vehicles,the system can distribute the de-tecting state reasonable,and the system’s working status and outside signal interference influence are not considered.The test results show that the high voltage system’s insulating property in the different working conditions can be accurately j udged by the designed system.
