摘　　要：深入研究美军装备采办中的竞争激励和合同激励,结合我军装备采办激励机制现状,提出几点建议,为我军装备采办激励机制改革提供参考。This paper studies on the ineentives to competitive incentives and contract incentives of U.S.military equipment acquisition. Combined with the current situation of incentive mechanism of our military equipment acquisition,the paper puts forward several suggestions to provide reference for the incentive mechanism reform of our military equipment procurement.
