摘  要:建立了一种利用离子色谱仪(IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)联用分析饮用水中Br O-3与Br-的方法。使用Ion Pac AS19(4×250 mm)型色谱柱,在流速1 ml/min及30 mmol/L NH4NO3(p H 8.0)淋洗液下进行Br O-3和Br-的分离。在最佳条件下,Br O-3与Br-的检出限(以3倍基线噪声比计)分别为0.25、0.20μg/L(基于峰面积),不同浓度溴形态标准溶液8次平行测定峰面积相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~3.4%。应用该方法对饮用水中溴的形态进行了分析,目标物在水样品中的加标回收率为98%~102%。试验结果表明,该方法可用于饮用水样品中溴形态的日常分析。A method for the determination of bromate and bromide in drinking water by ion chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (IC-ICP-MS) was established. The high capacity of the separation column (AS19) as well as an optimized elution system based on NH4NO3 (30 mmol/L) allows a direct analysis of almost every water sample. Under optimum conditions, the method detection limits for bromate and bromide in the drinking waters investigated were 0.25 and 0.20 μg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of standard solutions of different concentrations of bromine form 8 times parallel measurement of peak area is 0.8% - 3.4%. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of the species of bromide in drinking water samples. The recoveries were 98% - 102%. The method can be used for the regular analysis of bromate and bromide in real drinking water samples.
