色标编码联合导卡在病案归档管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：病案是医疗信息的载体,同时也是涉及医疗纠纷时的法律依据。随着本院规模地不断扩大,病案资料也越来越多,病案库严重饱和,同时病案利用率也越来越高。本院尝试采用色标编码联合导卡在医院病案归档管理中,其基本方法是色标编码采用12种颜色分别代表1年中的12个月份进行病案归档管理,同时以科室为区分单位制作导卡,用41个导卡编号代表本院41个不同科室,并按照时间、科室进行病案归档管理。在病案归档管理中采用色标编码联合导卡后,结果发现工作效率显著提高,并有效降低了病案归档错误率。本文总结了本院采用色标编码并联合导卡进行病案管理的背景、具体实施方法及效果,以期供同行分享、参考。Medical record is the carrier of health information, and also acts as the legal basis when involving in medical disputes.With extension of our hospital, medical record information became more and more.The medical record room was almost fully taken up, and utilization rate of medical record was also increasing.We tried to use color coding combining with guiding cards in the management of medical record in our hospital.The basic approach was 12 different colors indicating 12 months of the year in color coding for medical record management.At the same time, set department as a differentiated unit in making guiding cards.There were 41 guiding card serial number indicating 41 different departments.According to time and different departments,they were classified by medical record management.In the management of medical record,after applying color-coding combining with guiding cards,we found that the work efficiency has been greatly improved,and the error rate of medical record archiving was effectively reduced.The paper summed up the background,specific implementation methods and effect of applying color-coding combining with guiding card for medical record management in our hospital in order to share information in peers and provide a reference.
