负压封闭引流技术在手足外科复杂创面中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术在手足外科复杂创面中的应用效果。方法 选取本科2011年3月-2014年3月收治的复杂创面患者236例,根据治疗方法将其分为两组。观察组131例患者采用负压封闭引流技术,对照组105例采用传统换药治疗,比较两组的二期植皮或皮瓣修复时间、住院时间与效果。结果 观察组的二期植皮或皮瓣修复时间为（10.73±1.32）d,对照组为（20.55±1.40）d;观察组的住院时间为（20.32±1.56）d,对照组为（31.50±1.83）d,两组的上述指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 负压封闭引流技术的正确应用及规范的术后护理,可为游离植皮或组织皮瓣移植提供良好的条件,加快创面二期修复,缩短患者的住院时间。Objective To explore the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） technology in complex wound of the department of hand and foot surgery. Methods From March 2011 to March 2014,236 patients with complex wound treated in our department were selected.According to different therapeutic method, they were divided into two groups.In observation group,131 patients were treated by VSD technology,and 105 patients in control group were treated by traditional dressing change.Time of second-phase skin-grafting or skin flap repairing,hospital stay,and effect between two groups was compared respectively. Results The time of second-phase skin-grafting or skin flap repairing in observation group and control group was（10.73±1.32） d and（20.55±1.40） d respectively.The hospital stay in observation group was（20.32±1.56） d and（31.5±1.83） d in control group,and there was a statistical difference of above-mentioned index（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Proper application of VSD technology and standardized postoperative nursing provide a good condition for free skin grafting or tissue skin flap transplantation,quicken second-phase repairing of wound,and shorten hospital stay of patients.
