摘　　要：通过两个参数的协调变化构造出一类新的双参数强化缓冲算子,并通过实例验证,此种方法能够优化原始数据,剔除外界干扰,使数据与实际情况更为贴合,进而达到更好的预测效果。This paper use two parameters to struture a new king strengthening buffer operator. Verified by an example, This method can deal with the original data to make it better, and the reality is much more suitable, and make the data more meet with reality, to achieve better prediction results.
