经电视胸腔镜手术肺大疱切除治疗气胸的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析经电视胸腔镜手术肺大疱切除治疗气胸的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的肺大疱合并自发性气胸患者56例,将其随机分为观察组(电视胸腔镜手术)与对照组(常规开胸手术),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次下床活动时间、胸管留置时间、住院时间、手术费用等方面比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经电视胸腔镜手术肺大疱切除治疗气胸的临床效果显著。ObjectiveTo analyze by VATS pneumothorax clinical effect bulae resection.Methods In our hospital complicated by spontaneous bulae,56 patients were randomly divided into two groups（VATS）and control group（conventional open heart surgery）,were compared in patients with treatment. Results The mean operative time,blood loss,intraoperative first ambulation,chest tube time,comparisons hospitalization,surgery costs,were statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion By VATS resection of lung bulae pneumothorax significant clinical effect.
