晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症分娩临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症分娩的临床治疗效果。方法选取69例血小板范围均在50×109/L^70×109/L之间的晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症患者,按照数字分组法分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=36),对照组采取糖皮质激素治疗,观察组采取免疫球蛋白治疗,观察比较治疗效果。结果对照组患者达到血小板有效计数的平均时间高于观察组,对照组的总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论采取免疫球蛋白治疗晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症效果显著。Objective To analysie clinical treatment of advanced pregnancy with thrombocytopenia childbirth.MethodsA total of 69 cases were selected range of platelets in 50×109/L^70×109/L late pregnancy with thrombocytopenia,according to the digital packet divided into a control group（n=32）and observation group（n=36）,the control group received corticosteroid treatment,observation group received immunoglobulin therapy,observed and compared the therapeutic effect.ResultsAverage time to observe the group of patients was shorter than the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant,P〈 0.05,adverse reaction rates of the two groups of patients,the difference was not statisticaly significant,P〉 0.05. Conclusion Take immunoglobulin late pregnancy with thrombocytopenia effect is significant.
