摘　　要：目的综合我院近年需要使用环丙沙星来治疗疾病的患者的康复状况及反应,探讨该药的临床应用和不良反应。方法选择近年收治在我院的应用环丙沙星来治疗的患者的临床资料进行分析总结。结果环丙沙星临床应用广泛,具有较强的抗菌作用。结论临床中在应用环丙沙星时发现不良反应要及时采取有效措施,以减轻或避免不良反应的发生,严格控制其适应证。Objective The rehabilitation status and the response of ciprofloxacin in our hospital in recent years,the clinical application and adverse reactions of the drug were discussed.Methods We selected the clinical data of several cases of patients treated with ciprofloxacin in our hospital in recent years.ResultsCiprofloxacin had a wide clinical application and had a strong antibacterial effect.Conclusion In clinical application of ciprofloxacin,the adverse reactions should be taken in time to reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions,and strictly control its indications.
