球旁注射曲安奈德对PIH视网膜脱离的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析球旁注射曲安奈德治疗妊娠期高血压(PIH)视网膜脱离效果。方法对5例患者以球旁注射曲安奈德治疗。结果 5例患者经球旁注射曲安奈德治疗,视网膜下液消失,网膜脱离复位,视力较治疗前提高。经随访无复发,视网膜红润,视力恢复正常。结论球旁注射曲安奈德治疗PIH视网膜脱离效果显著。Objective To analyze periocular injection of triamcinolone acetonide to treat gestational hypertension（PIH）effect of retinal detachment.Methods Five cases of patients with the periocular injection of triamcinolone acetonide for treatment.Results Five patients after the injection of triamcinolone acetonide to treat bal,subretinal fluid disappeared,retinal from reset,visual acuity was improved. The after folow-up without recurrence,the retina was ruddy,vision returned to normal.Conclusion The bal near injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of PIH retinal detachment effect is remarkable.
